What is the NCSEA Leadership Symposium?
The NCSEA Leadership Symposium is an annual education and networking event for child support professionals to share and celebrate the application of best practices, partnerships, and innovative thinking within the day to day management and operations of the child support program.
I’ve been in child support for many years but am not a manager. Is the Leadership Symposium for me?
Yes! The goal of the Leadership Symposium is to focus on nurturing current and future leaders in the child support program, including those who lead within their offices, whether they have the title or not. If you have been in child support for many years, you are probably the “go-to” person in your office. And, your colleagues look to you for leadership and guidance. The Leadership Symposium can provide you with the knowledge and information to help you perform to your potential…and bring that knowledge back to your office to share with colleagues.
Who is National Child Support Enforcement Association?
The National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA) serves child support professionals, agencies, and strategic partners worldwide through professional development, communications, public awareness, and advocacy to enhance the financial, medical and emotional support that parents provide for their children.
How do I register for the NCSEA 2021 Leadership Symposium?
The 2021 NCSEA Leadership Symposium was cancelled due to COVID-19. Read NCSEA's statement here. We look forward ot welcoming you at the 2021 NCSEA Leadership Symposium in Austin, Texas. Registration for the 2021 Leadership Symposium opens early June 2021. NCSEA may need to limit registration to adhere to safety guidelines. To ensure a spot plan to register early.
Where will the Leadership Symposium events be held?
The 2021 Leadership Symposium will be held August 1- 4, 2021, at the Austin Marriott Downtown, 304 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin,Texas.
Is there a special hotel rate for attendees?
A conference rate has been arranged at the Austin Marriott. The hotel block opens at the same time as conference registration in early June.
What is the registration fee?
Conference registration rates will be announced at the opening of registration. There will be member and non-member rates.

When will conference education sessions be available?
Plenary and workshop sessions, as well as other conference programming will be available close to the opening of registration.
